Attorney Martone was born and raised in West Hyannisport, Massachusetts and currently resides in Centerville, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.

Attorney Martone is a graduate of Barnstable High School. He attended the University of Vermont, graduating cum laude in 1993.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Attorney Martone earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts in 1996.

In 1996, Attorney Martone was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

For the next fifteen (15) years and prior to opening this office, Attorney Martone was a litigation attorney and partner at a prestigious law firm with offices in Hyannis, Raynham, Vineyard Haven and Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Martone has successfully represented individuals and businesses throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in a variety of matters including personal injury, wrongful death, divorce, child custody/support, criminal defense, estate planning and business law.

Having earned a reputation with attorneys, insurance adjusters and the Trial Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a persistent negotiator and skilled litigator, Attorney Martone will develop and implement the right strategies on your behalf to insure that you receive the strongest possible legal representation.
